UOS developer says it aims to be China's Microsoft-CnTechPost

Union Tech, the company behind the China-made operating system Unity Operating System (UOS), recently held its first reseller promotion meeting in Nanjing, where its Chairman Wang Jiping gave a speech titled "Win-win Cooperation, Build China's Operating System Together".

Wang said, in the situation of the United States monopoly of information technology, China and the United States technology competition intensified, we need our own operating system to ensure information security and help industrial development.

He pointed out that Union Tech's ideal is to be the Microsoft of China. Facing the huge operating system market space, Union Tech hopes to create a win-win situation with its partners.

Union Tech adheres to three principles for its agents: 1) maximum benefit for the agents; 2) fairness and justice; 3) win-win cooperation.

Union Tech also mentioned their development, currently Union Tech has 12 cities nationwide, including 6 R&D centers and 3 hardware and software adaptation centers.

The desktop environment used by UOS has been released 33 versions in total, updated continuously for 185 times and downloaded more than 80 million times in total.

The global image is distributed in 6 continents, 33 countries, and 105 sites, supporting 33 languages, and is the first Chinese operating system to be ported to foreign countries.

In the field of operating systems, Union Tech has been extremely active in the past year. After integrating the technologies of Deepin OS, the commercial and personal editions of UOS have been released.

Union Tech, with the mission of "building China's operating system innovation ecology", announced that from June onwards, they will launch the UOS industry reseller promotion meeting for seven regions in China.
