China-made UOS completes adaptation with QiAnxin browser-CnTechPost

The Unity Operating System (UOS) and QiAnxin's secure browsers have completed product certification, supporting Chinaโ€™s national encryption standards, and are also capable of playing complex scenes such as online 1080p video playback.

Union Tech, the company behind the UOS announced the information today.

QiAnxin Group is a network security company that provides enterprise-level network security technologies, products and services for government and enterprise institutions and organizations.

QiAnxin's related products and services have covered central government departments, central enterprises, and large banks, and have launched network security businesses in Indonesia, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, and other countries and regions.

The QiAnxin browser is a cross-platform browser product designed by QiAnxin to support government and enterprise applications. It has excellent stability and wide compatibility. The browser fully supports CPU platforms such as Loongson, Kunpeng, Zhaoxin, Feiteng, and Haiguang.

QiAnxin browser is a secure browser product based on W3C standards, specially created for government and enterprises.

1. Support WebGL, GPU acceleration, WebAssembly and other international advanced technologies, support smooth large screen dynamic data display, play 1080P online video and other complex scenes.

At the same time, it is compatible with NPAPI plug-in technology, and fully supports Flash, electronic official documents, and streaming version signature applications.

2. Support State Secret Communication, which can meet the common security and online control and management needs of government and enterprise users for unified management and control, log auditing, and anti-virus application files on the intranet.

3. It can meet the Internet security, stability and fast access requirements of government and enterprise units and provide the preferred solution for government and enterprise Internet access.

Prior to this, the UOS system has been adapted to a number of domestic application software. The browser has supported 360 secure browser, Red Lotus secure browser, Midori browser web browser, Vivaldi speed browser, Firefox browser ESR Browser, Firefox browser Chinese version browser, etc.

The UOS is a Linux kernel-based operating system developed by Union Tech. It has desktop and server versions. It supports notebooks and desktops of Loongson, Feiteng, Zhaoxin, Haiguang, Kunpeng and other chip platforms.

On January 14, Union Tech released the V20 stable versions of UOS for desktops and servers, which is also the first official version of the UOS V20 series. In December 2019, Union Tech released first version to the public.

This time it was first launched for partners and developers. The main purpose is to make sure users without technical background can use the operating system more safely and stably in the near future.
