You can unblock your WeChat by asking your friends to help with unblocking. But don't feel free to unblock it for strangers, or you may be blocked.
Today, WeChat released the "Governance Notice for Luring Users to Participate in Fraudulent Secondary Registration", in which it is mentioned that the WeChat team will continue to strengthen the crackdown on illegal acts.
The WeChat team clearly stipulates in the "Regulations for the Use of WeChat Personal Accounts" that not only is it illegal to "induce others to register or unblock WeChat signals for themselves for secondary verification", but it is also illegal to "register or unblock WeChat accounts for others for secondary verification".
Specifically, there are two items:
1.2.3 Users shall not engage in malicious registration or use of WeChat accounts, such as frequent registration, batch registration of WeChat accounts, abuse of multiple WeChat accounts, inducing or deceiving others to register their own WeChat signals for secondary verification, trading of WeChat accounts and related functions, or malicious registration of WeChat accounts for others for secondary verification, etc.
1.3.3 Unsealing abnormalities: For abnormal acts in the process of applying for self-help unsealing, such as batch application for unsealing, application for unsealing through machine instructions, submission of false information, fictitious friendships, and use of third-party online earning platforms to unseal, induce others to unseal for themselves, Tencent will handle the unsealing of accounts again or permanently, depending on the circumstances; for accounts that violate the law and assist others to unseal, the use of all or part of WeChat's functions is restricted, and short-term or long-term unsealing is handled.
Of course, security-assisted verification between normal friends is normal compliance.
WeChat reminds you to carefully verify the identity of others when helping them with security-assisted verification.
If you encounter a stranger who is offering you help in the name of free gifts, part-time jobs, online money, etc., you should be vigilant and do not operate a verification.
Avoid unknowingly assisting the unscrupulous to complete registration or unsealing, putting yourself and others at a much higher risk of encountering violations such as fraud, gambling, pornography, spam marketing and other illegal activities.
By refusing to help strangers sweep codes, WeChat is also protecting its own account security, and WeChat will also handle accounts that have been used to assist others in multiple violations.
