Gong Wei said, "We prepared multiple plans, and finally selected two public rental houses in the industrial area that were rented before sale, and more than 200 of them were sourced, which is enough to meet the rental needs of these Tesla employees."
In addition, the Lingang Service Company also prepared spare dormitories for employees and clarified the situation of surrounding hotels to cope with more employees who may arrive in Shanghai. The Lingang New Area Management Committee has launched a talent apartment in the main urban area of Lingang to divert a group of employees.
In recent days, two job fairs for Tesla have been held in full swing, mainly recruiting employees in the quality, logistics and painting workshops that are urgently needed in the production line.

Shen Bo, assistant director of operations at Shanghai Lingang Caohejing Talent Co., Ltd., which provides human resources services to Tesla China, said that Tesla proposed on the 19th that it hopes to arrange an online interview on February 22. Liu Ming, general manager of Lingang Industrial Zone Economic Development Co., Ltd. said that Tesla Super Factory hopes to widen the entrance and exit roads of the factory from 12 meters to 24 meters.
"The project requires approval procedures. We assist Tesla in communicating and coordinating. We need to prepare the surrounding land for leveling and other preparations as soon as possible. In short, let them have the starting conditions as soon as possible."
