iQOO announced on February 22 that iQOO 3 5G will be equipped with the new iQOO UI, which was previously called iQOO Monster UI.
iQOO said that iQOO UI will focus more on experience and adopt a minimalist design style.
The minimalist iQOO UI design inspiration comes from F1 racing, which is also in line with the iQOO brand Slogan "born and powerful".
According to iQOO product manager, "The birth of iQOO UI has been refined, and each icon has been modified hundreds of times." There will be more small details after getting started.
The original iQOO system was called Monster UI. Why was it renamed iQOO UI on iQOO 3 5G phones?
iQOO's product manager @戈蓝V explained on Weibo:
1. The previous name is too long. The full name is iQOO Monster UI, and it cannot be referred to as IMUI. User feedback is completely unrememberable.
2. When iQOO was founded, we went all out to develop independent systems that are more suitable for online users. This is not only the goal, but also the needs of millions of seed users. If Monster UI is version 0, then iQOO UI is version 1.0.
3. This name change, we are serious. Not only did we collect internal and external names, but also did user surveys around the world, and finally iQOO UI won.
