Shanghai NIO Automotive Sales & Services Co. has undergone registration information changes, adding used car distribution and brokerage to its business scope, according to data provider Tianyancha.
The company was established in March 2017 with a registered capital of $500 million and legal representative Qin Lihong, co-founder of NIO.
The company's business scope includes car sales and related after-sales services, wholesale of auto parts and auto supplies, online retail import and export, and commission agency (except auctions).
It also provides related ancillary services, wholesale, online retail, installation, and maintenance of distributed AC charging stations.
The company is wholly owned by NIO (Anhui) Holdings Ltd.
