JD.com also said that Apple's product sales topped $1.5 billion.
JD.com said its overall single-day order volume has reached 10 times that of weekdays since May 18.
In addition, JD.com's one-hour mobile phone service covers more than 100 cities, with more than 3,000 cooperative stores and a nearly 10-fold increase in turnover.
JD.com's car service arm saw sales increased 100% from last year. Eighty percent of JD.com's tire purchasers who placed an order online also chose the store-installed affiliate service.
JD.com expects that the June 18 shopping festival will also directly and indirectly drive the participation of more than 3 million offline physical stores and help the real economy to recover.
Earlier today, Alibaba's Tmall said 32 brands, including Huawei, Mei, Haier, Gree, Xiaomi, Lenovo and Anta, sold more than 100 million yuan on the first day of the Tmall platform.
The shopping spree started on June 1, and Tmall data showed that in the first hour, Apple, Nike, Haier, American, Adidas, Huawei and other brands have passed 100 million in turnover, with Chinese and international brands each accounting for half of the turnover.
