Currently, 6-inch GaN-on-Sic wafers for RF applications have been mass-produced, while Universal-KY is providing 4-inch GaN-on-Sic wafer foundry services for RF applications at base stations. -on-Sic production capacity, 6 inches has also been certified for base station RF applications.
As for Unikorn Semiconductor, it provides 6-inch GaN-on-Sic foundry services.
On the application side, the release of Xiaomi's 65WGaN charger has made GaN a high-frequency vocabulary in the fast charging industry, and the price of 149 yuan has hit a new low in the industry.
The well-known cross-border e-commerce brand RAVPOWER also launched a 61W GaN fast charge for only 109 yuan.
Judging from the selling prices of other brands of 60W-65WGaN fast charge chargers currently on the market, the prices are generally above 149 yuan, and the highest is close to 300 yuan.
The RAVPOWER 61WGaN fast charge is only a hundred yuan, which will bring a big impact on the GaN fast charge industry and is expected to promote the further popularization of GaN fast charge.
