Gartner recently released its "Solution Comparison for the Native Security Capabilities" report, the first comprehensive assessment of the security capabilities of the world's leading cloud vendors.
Alibaba Cloud is the only finalist in Asia with the second highest overall security capability in the world. It has 11 security capabilities evaluated at the highest level (High), ahead of Amazon and second only to Microsoft.
The report evaluates six cloud vendors - Amazon, Microsoft, Alibaba Cloud, Google, IBM and Oracle.
Its assessment dimensions include 24 competencies in 7 modules: "Infrastructure Security, Cloud Governance and Compliance, Network Security, Application and Container Security, Data Security, Logging and Alerting, Application and Workload Protection".
Among them, Alibaba Cloud received the highest score in the network security review.
This is one of the most comprehensive and authoritative assessments of cloud security in the industry today, and only vendors with both market influence and technical strength will be selected.
