Xpeng Motors announced that Xpeng P7 will be released on April 27. The launch will be broadcast live on Xpeng Auto's official website and App. The live broadcast will start at 15 pm.
Xpeng P7 is the second product of Xpeng. It is equipped with the latest generation of square battery packs. The rated energy of the cells is 80.9kWh, and the energy density is up to 170Wh/kg.
The battery pack is equipped with an intelligent thermal management temperature control system to achieve a wide temperature range of -30 ℃ ~ 55 ℃.
The battery pack reaches the highest level of IP68 for dust and water resistance. Even if the vehicle is immersed for 48 hours on a rainy day, the power source can still work normally.
The Xpeng P7 rear-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor has a maximum power of 196kW and a peak torque of 390Nm, while the P7's four-wheel-drive high-performance model has a combined power of 316kW, the torque of 655Nm, and an acceleration time of 0-100km/h in 4.3s.
In addition, it is equipped with Brembo brake system, so that the P7 is equipped with Michelin tires, the braking distance of 100 kilometers is less than 35m.
