Samsung recently started to push Android 10 updates to the Galaxy A70, but there are reports that the Samsung Galaxy A70 may become "bricked" after upgrading to Android 10.
Samsung has temporarily suspended the push of the Galaxy A70 Android 10 version, and the official may have been developing the corresponding fix and pushing the update again.
It is reported that some Samsung Galaxy A70 devices encountered a "brick" problem when updating to Android 10. It may be that the Galaxy A70 used different batches of printed circuit boards (PCB), and the PCB driver was not updated together when Android 10 was updated, which resulted in the lack of code required for the old version of the Galaxy A70 PCB.
In other words, once Android 10 is upgraded in these devices, there will be a software mismatch between the motherboard and the charging PCB, and then the phone will "think" that the battery is empty and will not allow the phone to turn on.
The solution to this problem is to replace the PCB with a new one after sale. However, considering this situation, this approach does not seem to work.
The scope of the problem is unclear. Most of the existing feedback on the upgrading of the Galaxy A70 comes from the Netherlands, and Samsung has also suspended the Android 10 update push for the Galaxy A70.
