Tencent invests $50 million more in Pinduoduo-CnTechPost

Documents submitted by Tencent and Pinduoduo to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) indicate that Tencent subscribed for Pinduoduo's 6,155,740 Class A ordinary shares at a total price of approximately $ 50 million on March 31 (a total of 1,538,935 ADS).

Calculated at this price, Tencent subscribed for Pinduo's shares at about $32.49 per ADS.

Documents show that as of now, Tencent holds approximately 79.26222428 Class A ordinary shares of Pinduo, accounting for 29.2% of the total number of Class A ordinary shares in issue.

The current stock price of Pinduoduo is $36.28.
