Because of the new coronavirus epidemic, many countries have implemented blockade policies, and residents living in isolation have turned to Internet entertainment and work.

Streaming services such as YouTube have reported reducing video quality in order to reduce bandwidth usage in some areas, and many others have turned to BT downloads.

Italy implemented isolation on March 9, and the number of downloads on March 8 was 592,000. The number of IP addresses was 213,000. After a week, these two numbers increased to 810,000 and 304,000, respectively.

The situation in Spain is similar. It announced the blockade and isolation on March 14.
