China Unicom and China Telecom have recently announced separate announcements that they will jointly conduct pre-qualification of 5G SA wireless master equipment. The estimated project size is about 250,000 base stations, which is the SA wireless master required for China Telecom and China Unicom's related local network 5G construction. device.

At this stage, it mainly focuses on collaborative research and development of 5G technologies and applications.

China Mobile previously stated that users do not need to replace the previous 4G SIM card to access the 5G network, and will also provide a new SIM card for the 5G network.
