The EDR product from Hangzhou-based cybersecurity solution provider DBAPPSecurity has completed product compatibility and adaptation with the Unity Operating System (UOS), the system's developer Union Tech said on Friday.
The adaptation is based on CPU platforms including Loongson, Feiteng, Kunpeng, Zhaoxin and Haiguang, Union Tech said.
Founded in 2007, DBAPPSecurity has been dedicated to cybersecurity sector. The main business covers R&D, manufacturing and sales of cybersecurity products, and professional security services, including application security, big data security, cloud security, IoT security, ICS security, Industrial Internet security.
DBAPPSecurity has developed a product portfolio that covers full cybersecurity lifecycle including fundamental cybersecurity products cybersecurity platforms and security services, according to the company’s “About” section.
The UOS is a Linux kernel-based operating system developed by Union Tech. It has desktop and server versions. It supports notebooks and desktops of Loongson, Feiteng, Zhaoxin, Haiguang, Kunpeng and other chip platforms.
On January 14, Union Tech released the V20 stable versions of UOS for desktops and servers, which is also the first official version of the UOS V20 series. In December 2019, Union Tech released first version to the public.
