- The Agibot G2 robot completed 8 hours of continuous operation at Longcheer's tablet factory, executing 2,283 tasks with zero errors.
- The equipment's deployment scale on production lines is expected to expand to 100 units by the third quarter of 2026, extending into industries such as automotive.

Agibot's G2 robot completed 2,283 tasks without a single error during an 8-hour continuous operation at Longcheer's tablet factory in Nanchang, Jiangxi.
The milestone marks the world's first industrial-scale deployment of an embodied AI robot in a 3C (computer, communication, and consumer electronics) precision manufacturing production line.
The G2 demonstrated high production efficiency on the high-speed assembly line, requiring only 18 to 20 seconds for a single operation process and completing 310 products per hour, Agibot said on Tuesday.
The robot can automatically adapt to dynamic disturbances on the production line and intelligently sort defective products. It supports 24/7 uninterrupted double-shift operation without any human intervention.
Compared with traditional robotic arms, the G2 can adapt to multiple product models without the need for customized tooling. Retraining for production line changeovers takes no more than four hours, and the equipment reuse rate reaches 95%, Agibot said.

This highly efficient deployment is attributed to the Genie Sim 3.0 digital twin platform, which compressed the traditional months-long on-site debugging process to just 36 hours. The entire process from project initiation to deployment took only four months, the company said.
Based on the mature deployment model, the company will expand the production line deployment of this equipment to 100 units by the third quarter of 2026, extending into fields such as automotive manufacturing and semiconductors, said Yao Maoqing, partner, senior vice president, and president of the embodied business department at Agibot.
Peng Zhihui, co-president and CTO of Agibot, had said that robots will become as ubiquitous as smartphones in the future. The G2's outstanding performance further solidifies the company's position in the embodied robot sector.
