As a result, Coolpad has decided to voluntarily terminate its patent lawsuit with Xiaomi with immediate effect, and to withdraw the ongoing case in question.

In the future, Coolpad will continue to intensify its research and exploration of cutting-edge technologies and application scenarios to enhance its own strength and contribute more to the development of the industry, the company said.

Coolpad also said it is willing to carry out various forms of technical exchanges and cooperation with outstanding enterprises inside and outside the industry, and to jointly promote technological self-reliance on the basis of respecting technological innovation and intellectual property rights.
