In addition, he also gave a forecast of iPhone sales in Q2 in 2020: in the most pessimistic case, Apple ’s iPhone shipments in the second quarter of this year will be 29-32 million units, while iPhone shipments will decline by 10-15% in 2020 – 175 million units.
Regarding the iPhone 12, Kuo said that the 6.1 and 5.4-inch iPhone 12 may be mass-produced in September, but the iPhone 12 that supports millimeter wave is at risk of delay.
Kuo said the millimeter wave iPhone 12 was delayed because the device ’s AiP (Antenna in package) design changed in early April, and the relevant testing laboratory has also suspended verification services.
