Those who are actively enrolled in the MacOS beta testing program can find MacOS Catalina 10.15.3 beta 3 update as a download right now from the “Software Update” section of System Preferences.
The latest available stable final build of MacOS Catalina is currently MacOS Catalina 10.15.2.
The beta 3 update is assumed to focus primarily on bug fixes, enhancements, and small improvements to MacOS Catalina, perhaps addressing some of the lingering problems with macOS Catalina experienced by some Catalina users. It’s unlikely that any major new features will be included in the release, according to OSXDaily.
Apple usually goes through several beta versions of system software before releasing a final build version to the general public, so we may get a stable version of the macOS 10.15.3 in the coming weeks or months.
A couple of days ago, cnTechPost mentioned that Apple has started pushing the Beta 3 update for iOS 13.3.1/iPadOS 13.3.1 developer preview, with firmware version 17D5050a. It has been a week since the last beta update.
Last month, Apple pushed the official update of iOS 13.3, including improvements and bug fixes, and added more parental controls to Screen Time.
