China-made Unity Operating System (UOS) has completed compatibility adaptation with a security company in Hangzhou, allowing users to unlock UOS devices with their fingerprints.
The solution was backed by Hangzhou Shengyuan Data Security Technology Co., Ltd. UOS products are compatible with Shengyuan fingerprint recognition terminals on Loongson, Feiteng, Kunpeng, Zhaoxin, Haiguang and other CPU platforms, which can achieve a Key fingerprint unlock, Union Tech, the company behind the UOS said on Friday.
Union Tech said that Shengyuan has information terminal products such as financial security chips, fingerprint identification chips, fingerprint identification modules, two-dimensional code identification modules, and two-dimensional code scanning devices.
The unified operating system UOS is developed by Union Tech based on the Linux kernel.
Union Tech said that it has cooperated with Loongson, Feiteng, Shenwei, Kunpeng, Zhaoxin, Haiguang and other manufacturers to carry out compatibility adaptation work with mainstream domestic manufacturers and hundreds of software manufacturers.
At present, the unified operating system UOS has been adapted to software and hardware such as Godson 3A / B4000 series, Megachip domestic general-purpose CPU, WPS Office 2019, Tongfang Cloud Management Platform SL version, and Yongzhong Office.
