Xiaomi has launched MiCare mobile phone protection plan, which provides services including free screen replacement, value-insurance replacement, and extended warranty, and currently supports Mi 10 and Mi 10 Supreme Edition.

MiCare is now available in Mi Home, Mi Store, Mi Lite WeChat app, and Mi Store PC, allowing users to place an order along with their phone purchase, or purchase it within 7 days of receipt/activation.

For example, if you buy a Mi 10 phone and MiCare (RMB 549) in November, and apply for a guaranteed trade-in in August 2021, you will receive a MiCare trade-in subsidy coupon of RMB 823.5 and a recycle coupon for your old phone, which can be purchased at MiShop and MiHome stores.

In addition, if the user does not use the warranty replacement, they can use up to two free shattered screen coverages in two years and enjoy a free extended warranty for the second year.
