Chinese pocket notebook maker unveils 7-inch laptop designed for network operations engineers

One-Notebook, a Chinese pocket notebook maker, recently released a 7-inch laptop designed for network operations and maintenance engineers.

The device is 7 inches in size, weighs about 550 g, and is equipped with a native RS-232 serial port and an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port. These two interfaces are needed by network operations engineers in their daily test and maintenance.

It also comes with a full-featured Type-C, two USB 3.0, and other ports on its body.

There are two standard VESA holes on the bottom of the machine. In real-life scenarios, they can be used after the machine is fixed on the VESA mount and can be angled according to the user's usage scenario.

The device has a full backlit keyboard and comes with an infrared touch mouse.

As for the screen, the device features an IPS touchscreen design with a resolution of 1920*1200, touch support, and 2048-level handwriting.

It comes pre-installed with Windows 10 and supports fingerprint unlocking.

It has a lanyard hole reserved for the body, so users can hang it on their hands when using it on the go, which can prevent a moment of negligence that can lead to the loss of the machine or accidental drops and other situations.

In terms of specifications, the device is powered by a Core M3-8100Y processor that is up to 3.4GHz.

It has 8GB of RAM, and the hard drive is an M.2 2242 PCIe SSD with an optional 256GB/512GB, or you can upgrade to a larger capacity SSD later on your own as per your needs.
