Xiaomi's overseas brand Poco today launched a new smartphone in India, the Poco C3, making it the brand's cheapest handset at a starting price of Rs. 7499 (about $100).
The Poco C3 shares most of the hardware specifications with the Redmi 9C, the smartphone that was launched this year for Europe and other markets.
The Poco C3 comes with a 6.53-inch HD+ display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 processor, complemented by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage with dual SIM support.
It comes with a 13-megapixel primary + 2-megapixel depth of field + 2-megapixel macro rear triple-camera module and a 5000 mAh battery.
It is priced at Rs. 7499 for the 3+32GB version and Rs. 8999 for the 4+64GB version and goes on sale on October 16.
