Union Tech, the developer of the China-made UnionTech OS, announced that in order to promote the development of the domestic cloud desktop industry and ecology, it has set up the Cloud Desktop Laboratory of the National Certification Center for Universal Hardware and Software Adaptation together with Huawei and other companies.

Compared to the previous localized deployment management, cloud desktops also have the ability to allocate computing power and storage capacity in combination with the needs of the scenario to ensure the efficient availability of resources. The widespread application of cloud desktops pushes the information field into a new digital era of energy conservation and emission reduction and low information processing costs, Union Tech said.

The Cloud Desktop Lab was founded by Union Tech in cooperation with Huawei, Sangfor Technologies, Vesystem and other first-class domestic cloud desktop vendors to carry out joint adaptation work in the field of cloud desktop.

It will aggregate the professional service experience of many cloud desktop manufacturers and promote China's IT applications from the PC era to the cloud computing era through a business management model of process, standardization, and refinement.

The National Certification Center for Universal Hardware and Software Adaptation combines the technical advantages of cloud desktop products, builds a cloud platform + operating system basic adaptation work platform, and realizes off-site access to offices in the cloud. This will reduce the demand for hardware equipment and accelerate the development of an innovative operating system ecosystem.
