At today's MateBook launch event in Shanghai, Huawei unveiled the MateBook X, MateBook 13/14 notebooks, FreeLace Pro headphones and Huawei X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear II.
The most popular of the three laptops is the MateBook X, which weighs as little as 1kg, is smaller than an A4 sheet of paper, and features a 3K floating full-screen display for a superb view.
It also features multi-screen collaboration and Huawei Cloud Space support to create a third-generation mobile office for users to work anywhere, anytime.
The MateBook X is equipped with the industry's first 3K floating full-screen, using a 90% screen-to-body ratio, 100% sRGB color gamut, and 3 high-precision 10-point touch.

It is powered by Intel's 10th generation Core processors, up to the optional i7-10510U, with 4 cores and 8 threads and a maximum frequency of 4.9GHz.
The MateBook X comes with passive cooling, which Huawei says pioneers thermal pivot technology, an ultra-thin VC cooling module, and a built-in 3+6 multi-layer graphite sheet.
MateBook X also introduces the first-ever pressure-touchpad design that supports full-area sensing of press and vibration feedback, and includes a built-in Huawei Share tab.
It also features four speakers with a high-bass crossover, 3D sound on the keyboard, a fingerprint and power button in one, and a hidden press camera.
MateBook X features a USB-C port on each side of the body and a Max 65W pocket charger for 9 hours of local video or 9 hours of document processing.
Weighing just 94 grams, the Max 65W pocket charger supports fast or super fast charging for multiple devices.
The Core i5 + 8GB + 512GB version of the MateBook X is priced at 7,999 yuan ($1,158), the Core i5 + 16GB + 512GB version at 8,999 yuan, and the Core i7 + 16GB + 512GB version at 9,999 yuan.
Huawei also launched a MateBook 13/14 2020 Ryzen Edition, which is positioned as the "benchmark for mobile office performance".
