Lei Jun said that the smartphone has been the core business directly related to Xiaomi's success over the past ten years and is the cornerstone of the continued establishment of Xiaomi's business model.
"Therefore, all Xiaomi employees must show fearless courage and winning conviction to resolutely take the main battlefield of smartphones.”
He believes that the core strategy of "mobile × AIoT" will place more emphasis on the multiplier effect at a time when smart connectivity is further integrated.
The AIoT business should become a catalyst and accelerant for the mobile phone business, penetrate more scenarios, win more users, gain massive amounts of traffic and data, and become a moat for Xiaomi's business model, he said.
For the next ten years, Lei Jun also proposed a re-launch, Xiaomi will implement a partner system and a new ten-year entrepreneur program.
Xiaomi will expand its partner ranks with four new partners: Wang Xiang, Chew Shou Zi, Zhang Feng, and Lu Weibing.
With the five founding partners still on board and the four new partners, Xiaomi now has a team of nine partners.
