On July 24, the first home-grown secure computer produced by PC maker China Greatwall Computer's Tianjin base was rolled off the production line.
The construction of China Greatwall's Tianjin base began in July 2020, and it took only 20 days to complete and put into production.
The first phase of the project plans to invest 100 million yuan, with an annual output of 300,000 home-grown secure computers and an estimated annual output of 1.8 billion yuan.
It will mainly serve the North China region, produce autonomous secure computers, and build home-made autonomous security data centers.
