Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com and Qualcomm announced today that they have upgraded their strategic partnership and will work together on projects such as 5G device penetration and groundbreaking technology applications.
The cooperation and upgrading between the two sides mainly revolves around 5G, taking the user experience as the core, and working together with mobile phone manufacturers to realize the sharing of advantages and resources, leading to the popularity of 5G smart terminals.
Xu Lei, CEO of JD.com Retail Group, Daniel Tan, President of JD.com's Retail Communications Division, attended the partnership ceremony along with Amon, President of Qualcomm and Hou Mingjuan, Global Vice President of Qualcomm.
JD.com and Qualcomm's strategic partnership upgrade focuses on 5G to help diversify 5G device products.
