A newly released patent shows that Apple has planned a new Wonderful Keyboard case, notably with an Apple Pencil slot carved out at the pivot.
The patent was filed back in August 2017, proving that Apple has been preparing for this for a long time.
Apple's current iPad lineup consists of four main series, the iPad, iPad Air, iPad mini and iPad Pro. of which, the iPad was upgraded to a 10.2-inch screen last year, the iPad Air is a 10.5-inch screen, the iPad mini is 7.9-inch and the iPad Pro is 11-inch and 12.9-inch.
In its latest investment report, Tianfeng International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo noted that the iPad (8th generation) will be upgraded to 10.8 inches, while the iPad mini will be changed to 8.5~9 inches and released by the end of the year at the earliest.
