Chinese firm UNIC Memory is now offering the P400 series of PCIe 4.0 SSDs with sequential read speeds of 4.5GB/s, priced at 1599 yuan (USD 224) for 1TB.
The P400 SSD was upgraded to PCIe 4.0 × 4 with 3D TLC particles, M.2 2280 specification.
The 1TB version has a sequential read speed of 4,500MB/s, a sequential write speed of 3,500MB/s, a random read speed of 350k IOPS, and a random write speed of 600k IOPS.
The P400 SSD supports LDPC, RAID, end-to-end protection, and more.
