Following the release of iOS 13.5 beta 4 yesterday, Apple also released macOS Catalina 10.15.5 beta 4 today.
The update can be downloaded and installed via System Preferences.

Depending on the data collected by the battery, managing battery operating conditions in this mode may reduce the maximum charge of the battery. This is done on an as-needed basis and will ensure that the device is optimized for the user's charging/use habits, thus reducing battery ageing.
In addition, macOS 10.15.5 beta 4 remains focused on bug fixes and performance improvements. Developers can update this via System Preferences.
