Renowned expositor @_rogame has released the latest figures for the MacBook Pro 13 and the i7-1068NG7 + 32GB RAM + 4TB SSD seems to be the highest configuration known so far.
Since February this year, @_rogame has been releasing score data for Apple's new notebooks, and the MacBook Air has been released to verify the accuracy of its predictions.
The first major note is that @rogame thinks the new MacBook Pro is still 13 inches, not the rumored 14 inches.

In terms of specifications, the i7-1068NG7 is a custom version of the Intel i7-1068G7, with quad-core 8-threaded, 2.3GHz main frequency and 4.1GHz core frequency, the same parameters as Intel's public version.
The Apple MacBook Air 2020 has now been upgraded to 4 cores and the storage starts with a 256GB SSD, so one can guess that the MacBook Air 13 2020 will also start with a 256GB SSD and the memory is expected to start with 16GB.
