An updated 13-inch MacBookPro will add Apple's new scissor keyboard, but may not increase screen size in the near future, according to Digitimes.
A recent statement from Apple's supply chain supports previous reports that the upcoming 13-inch MacBook Pro will use the 16-inch MacBook Pro and the Magic Keyboard in the latest MacBook Air.
According to Digitimes, suppliers involved in the production of redesigned scissors switch keyboards are increasing production.
Although the industry is concerned that coronaviruses will affect sales, they have done so, and Apple's orders have not decreased.
Apple products using this Magic Keyboard include the new 11-inch iPad Pro and 12.9-inch iPad Pro, which were released in May.
Digitimes quoted sources as saying that this would bring the total number of Apple devices using the new keyboard to four, and the 13-inch MacBook Pro is now forecast to be the fifth Apple device with the Magic Keyboard.
These sources also said that the updated MacBook Pro continues to use a 13.3-inch screen.
Apple previously introduced the Magic Keyboard to the 16-inch MacBook Pro, and ended the use of the Magic Keyboard in the 15.4-inch MacBook Pro series.
