The iPhone 9 (or "iPhone SE 2") has entered its final production stage at Foxconn in Zhengzhou. However, according to kkj.cn, Apple has notified PCB manufacturers to extend the iPhone 9 order delivery date from the first quarter to the second quarter.
The reasons are unknown. Some speculate that Apple took the initiative to "untie" the supply chain manufacturers considering production bottlenecks, and some speculated that the first batch of iPhone 9 stocks had to be reduced due to the epidemic.
It seems that the iPhone SE 2 may still be released in March, but the production capacity will only climb in April.
Earlier analysts said that the iPhone 9 will ship 20-30 million units this year.
Earlier information showed that the iPhone SE 2 has a 4.7 to 4.9-inch LCD screen, a Touch ID fingerprint recognition on the front, a single camera on the back, and the shape is similar to the iPhone 7/8.
It has been rumored that the starting price of 64GB version is $399.
