The Honor V30 & V30 Pro series phones recently get the Magic 3.0.1.169 update, bringing a series of new features.
This update adds knuckle gesture operation, using single finger joints can quickly take screenshots and split screens, and using two knuckles can start screen recording, and users are recommended to update.
The above is a double-click screenshot of Huawei Mate 30 series knuckles. There is no need to press and hold the key combination. You only need to tap the knuckles on the screen twice in a row.
Honor released the V30 and V30 Pro, the first 5G phones by the company powered by the Kirin 990 chipset and come with five cameras on November 26, 2019.
The devices pack 6.57” LCDs of Full HD+ resolution. The fingerprint scanner is on the side just as on the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro. The back features a large elevate piece in the corner that hosts the triple camera setup.
The Honor V30 has Kirin 990 chipset onboard along with Balong 5000 5G modem for 5G connectivity, while the Honor V30 Pro is driven by the 7nm Kirin 990 5G which is integrated with a 5G modem.
Both phones come with 40 MP main cameras and share the main 40MP Sony IMX600 sensor with Dual OIS and laser AF, but the Pro version has a faster F/1.6 lens compared to the F/1.8 optics on the V30.
After the Huawei 5G conference officially launched HMS services and the App Gallery application store overseas, Honor also released the Honor V30 Pro mobile phone at the European conference.
It has a built-in App Gallery application store and Huawei Assistant, and will be available for sale in the Russian market for the first time on March 3.
