After the Huawei 5G conference officially launched HMS services and the App Gallery application store overseas, Honor also released the Honor V30 Pro mobile phone at the European conference.
It has a built-in App Gallery application store and Huawei Assistant, and will be available for sale in the Russian market for the first time on March 3.
Huawei only officially released the App Gallery application store a few hours ago, but Huawei's own new-generation mobile phone has not yet been launched. This time, Honor topped it first. This can not help but think of Honor's President George Zhao's statement:
Honor will play the role of a sharp knife in the expansion of the new HMS ecosystem, leverage the advantages of our young army, and work with the Huawei brand to create a new system of "self-developed chips + Harmony OS"!
As for the Honor V30 Pro phone, it was released in China last year. It uses the Kirin 990 5G processor, which is the world's first flagship 5G SoC chip, and it is currently the only 5G processor using a 7nm EUV process.
One of the highlights of the Kirin 990 series processors is AI computing. It integrates the latest self-developed DaVinci architecture NPU, and also uses for the first-time different core architectures. The large core is responsible for high-load AI computing, and the micro core has extremely low Power consumption, specifically for some low-load AI operations.
According to tests released by Honor, the AI performance of the Kirin 990 5G processor is already ahead of Apple's latest A13 chip, which is the processor used in the iPhone 11 series phones.
In terms of 5G, Honor V30 series achieves 5G SA/NSA dual mode, supports full coverage of 5G frequency band, 5G smart dual card, fast switching between 4G and 5G networks, ultra fast 5G download and ultra-fast 5G Internet, download speeds up to 2.3 Gbps, Download speed 1.25Gbps.
In taking pictures, the Honor V30 Pro uses a dual main camera solution, adding 12 million independent movie lenses (supporting 5-axis video intelligent image stabilization, 16: 9 custom sensors, f/2.2).
Its main camera is a 40 million ultra-sensitive main camera PRO version (1/1.7-inch, RYYB sensor, supports OIS optical image stabilization, f/1.6). With 8 million telephoto lens (3x optical zoom, OIS optical image stabilization, f/2.4) and laser sensor.
With a 40-megapixel RYYB sensor, the Honor V30 Pro has an ISO sensitivity of 409600.
It also supports 4K HDR + time-lapse photography, dual scene recording, ultra-wide-angle low-light shooting, super macro (recently 4cm), and more.
It supports 40W wired super-fast charging, 70% charging in 30 minutes; 27W wireless super fast charging and 7.5W reverse charging and passed the German Rhine safe fast charging certification.
The most important significance of the Honor V30 Pro overseas release is the first launch of Huawei's App Gallery application store. According to the official report, this is the third largest app store in the world, behind Google Play Store and Apple iOS. It has 400 million monthly active users and 55,000 APPs.
In addition to the App Gallery app store, Honor V30 Pro also comes with Huawei Assistant, which can provide global search, quick connection, smart card, news feed and other functions. Many people have experienced it on Huawei/Honor smartphones in China.
As for the price, first listed in Russia in March, Honor did not announce the price of the ruble, nor did it announce the price of the pound.
