Apple is selling refurbished third-generation iPad Air and fifth-generation iPad mini in the United States for the first time.
Refurbished iPad Air 3 and iPad mini 5 are available in multiple versions, with Wi-Fi or LTE, 64GB to 256GB storage space, and a 15% discount over the new model.

Apple said that the refurbished iPad has been thoroughly inspected, tested, cleaned, and repackaged. The box includes all accessories and documents.
Every refurbished iPad has a new battery and case, which makes them almost indistinguishable from the new iPad.
Each refurbished iPad is covered by Apple's standard one-year warranty, effective from the date the tablet is delivered.
The 64GB version of the refurbished iPad mini 5 costs $339.
