The Unity Operating System (UOS), an operating system developed by China-based Union Tech, has completed adaptation with Kingbase ES V8, domestic data management software, and supports CPU platforms including X86, Loongson, Feiteng and Kunpeng.
Union Tech announced the news on Monday, saying that Kingbase ES V8 can meet the application needs of enterprises and institutions with high concurrency and highly reliable data storage computing.
The Kingbase company is a domestic data management software and service provider with independent intellectual property rights. It has research and development capabilities for data products and solutions in e-government, party affairs, defense and military, finance, smart cities, and enterprise informationization.
The company has built products, services and solution systems covering the entire life cycle and full technology stack of data management. The products are widely used in more than 20 key industries such as e-government, defense and military, power, and finance.
Kingbase has completed more than 500,000 installed deployments in nearly 3,000 counties and cities across the country.
Kingbase ES V8 is a new database product for transaction processing and simple analysis applications. It is a bearer database tailored for management information systems and business systems of enterprises and institutions.
