China-made UOS gets support from a local motherboard maker

The Unity Operating System (UOS), an in-house developed operating system by China-based Union Tech, has recently completed compatibility adaptation with Lemote's Loongson 3A4000 / 3B4000-based motherboard products.

Loongson 3A4000 + 7A desktop motherboard, Loongson 3B4000 + 7A E-ATX dual-socket server motherboard features high ease of use and security, which is suitable for government, finance, state-owned enterprises and other fields that require high information security, the companies said on Saturday.

Lemote has achieved mass production based on the Loongson 3A4000 computing platform, reaching thousands of units, and has become a strategic partner with BIOS / BMC / OS.
