In the second half of last year, many tech firms including Xiaomi launched 34-inch curved monitors. Now, Lenovo unveiled its own 34-inch curved display at CES 2020.
The Lenovo ThinkVision T34w-20 monitor has a USB-C interface, supports video data transmission, and can also provide 75W power for laptops and other devices.
It uses a VA panel with a resolution of 3440x1440, a maximum brightness of 350 nit, a 60Hz refresh rate, a response time of 6 milliseconds, and a color gamut of 99% sRGB.
The monitor has three video interfaces, including a DisplayPort 1.2, an HDMI 2.0 and a USB Type-C interface. The C port has a power transmission of 75 W and can be connected to a thin and light notebook.
The display base supports height adjustment, tilt and rotation. It is worth noting that the base of Lenovo 2020 monitors comes with a mobile phone stand.
Lenovo will begin selling the ThinkVision T34w-20 display in March for $799.
In October 2019, Xiaomi launched two gaming monitors in China, one with a 34-inch curved display and another with a 23.8-inch display.
The Mi Surface Display 34-inch has a 34-inch curved screen with 21:9 aspect ratio, 3440 x 1440 pixels resolution, and 144Hz refresh rate.
There's also AMD Freesync and low Blu-ray mode and the color gamut is 121 percent sRGB.
It is priced at 2,499 Yuan ($352) but the pricing for those who pre-order the product is 1,999 Yuan ($282). It went on sale from October 21.
