Apple has become the Christmas Champion for the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and older models with the top 9 activated devices are iPhones, according to a new report.
The report released by Flurry Analytics on Friday showed that Apple iPhone and iPad products accounted for about 42.8% of the total mobile device activations in the US market in the week between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
During the holiday period (December 25-December 31), the top 9 activated products in the United States are all iPhones, of which Apple's latest iPhone 11 released won the first place, accounting for 6.16%.
The second place is Apple iPhone XR, which accounts for 5.27%; the third place is Apple iPhone 7, which accounts for 3.31%.
In addition, there are older models such as Apple iPhone 8, Apple iPhone 6 Plus, Apple iPhone 7 Plus.
It's worth noting Xiaomi's Mi 4 LTE version, which was released 5 years ago, moved into the number 10 spot.
During the last week of 2019, Apple captured market share at a rate of two percentage points higher than its pre-Christmas levels, while Samsung dropped by nearly three percentage points โ for a net change of five percentage points between the two companies.
For device manufacturers of this scale, and during the highest device adoption period of the year, these are critical shifts, the report said.
