Ming-Chi Kuo, a long-time Apple analyst, predicts in his latest report that Apple will launch the iPhone SE 2 in the first quarter of 2020.
The smaller iPhone will resemble the iPhone 8 in design equipped with the A13 chip and 3Gb LPDDR4X memory chips.
The price will be lower than before, making it much more attractive to consumers. Its shipment in 2020 will be around 30-40 million, the report said.
Kuo predicts there will be around 100 million iPhone 6 users who will be potential buyer for the iPhone SE 2, as the iOS 13 is unavailable for the iPhone 6.
