NIO-backed ride-sharing firm Dida Chuxing files for Hong Kong IPO

On the evening of October 8, Dida Chuxing, in which NIO holds a 17% stake, formally filed its prospectus with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a proposed public listing, which will be Asia's first ride-sharing IPO.

Didi starts allowing passengers to choose routes before placing orders

On August 14, Chinese ride-sharing giant Didi Chuxing launched a trial of a "multi-route selection before ordering" feature in 28 cities, which allows passengers to switch between routes on a map before they start calling for a vehicle.
