Alibaba launched a campus recruitment campaign for the class of 2022 college graduates on July 19, opening 113 positions, including 45 for fresh graduates for the first time.
Alibaba said this is the largest campus recruitment in its history, and graduates can visit the company's website to submit their resumes.
Non-technical positions account for more than half of all positions, including advertising and marketing planning, space designers, content planning, service operations, cross-border supply chain operations, and customer service robot trainers.
For technology graduates, a number of cutting-edge technology positions were open to fresh graduates for the first time, including technology standardization engineer, simulation design engineer, video codec engineer, and quantum computing scientist.
This year, Alibaba campus recruitment was launched in several cities across China, including first- and second-tier cities such as Hangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Wuxi, as well as less developed cities such as Ulanqab.
Over the years, fresh graduates have been an important source of new talent for Alibaba, which has many programs for on-campus recruitment, according to Alibaba.
This year, Alibaba has set up a dedicated internship development department to launch a number of courses and development programs.
Alibaba's latest upgraded welfare policy provides RMB million medical insurance for employees and their children, employees can apply for up to 800,000 ($123,486) interest-free loan support for home purchase, and employees' parents can enjoy free annual medical checkups.
