The Chinese market contributes 23.9 percent of AMD's revenue in 2020, surpassing the US at 23.5 percent to become the semiconductor company's largest market.

AMD recently announced its 2020 revenue in main source countries and regions, with the US market at $2.29 billion and $1.76 billion in 2019. The revenue from the Chinese market is $2.32 billion, and in 2019 the figure was $1.73 billion.

Other than these two major markets, all other countries and regions have a share of $2 billion or less. The Japanese market was $1.033 billion, Europe $1.108 billion and Singapore $1.096 billion.

AMD released figures last week showing revenue of $9.76 billion, net income of $2.49 billion and diluted earnings per share of $2.06.
