Renderings of OPPO SmartTag were recently revealed, which could serve a similar purpose as the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag, and it could possibly be released together with the OPPO Find X3 series launch this March, according to LetsGoDigital.
OPPO's SmartTag patent application was filed in May 2020 and was made public on January 26, 2021.
The OPPO SmartTag comes in black and has a rounded rectangular shape. The overall shape is similar to the OPPO Watch dial, and the body is marked with the OPPO logo.
This product supports Bluetooth and is likely to be equipped with a UWB positioning chip to improve positioning accuracy.
