Vivo's Global AI R&D Center will be settled in Hangzhou with a total investment of RMB 2.15 billion and a total floor area of 326,000 square meters, according to the local Yuhang Morning Post.
According to the master plan, Vivo's Global AI R&D Center consists of two main buildings. One of them is a 26-story building with a height of 159.75 meters, and the other is a 21-story building with a height of 134.65 meters.
The design of this new headquarters building reflects Vivo's corporate values. The two triangular geometric buildings form a "V" shape around a circular sunken courtyard, forming a highly recognizable architectural visual.
Outside and inside, the spatial scenes interact with each other, creating a huge horizon horizontally, not only to enjoy the enchanting scenery outside the windows, but also to improve energy efficiency.
It expands the single ground floor space upward and downward to form a multi-layered complex space that is interconnected and permeable, unifying the different elements of the building's exterior.
The total underground construction area is about 161,340 square meters, with 2,566 underground motorized parking spaces, of which 308 (12%) are equipped with charging stations, including 44 fast-charging parking spaces.
It is understood that the key research directions after the Vivo Global AI R & D center is put into operation are semantic understanding, computer vision perception, intelligent interaction design and vertical application big data modeling, which will effectively help Yuhang artificial intelligence industry high-quality fast development.
