Huawei today unveiled two new 5G devices in China - the Changxiang 20 and Changxiang 20 Plus - following the launch of the Huawei Changxiang 20 Pro in June.
The two new Changxiang 20 series phones are aimed at younger users. The front of the Changxiang 20 Plus is a 6.63-inch full-view screen that supports a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sample rate.
For the full-screen visuals, the Changxiang 20 Plus features a 16-megapixel lifted lens, which Huawei calls a floating lens.
The back of the phone is closer to the Mate 30 series, with the classic "Halo" ring design inherited.

The Changxiang 20 Plus is powered by a 7nm MediaTek MT6853 5G processor, which supports SA/NSA dual-mode full-net access, as well as seven 5G bands.

Huawei has optimized the phone's antennas to ensure a two-handed signal with Antenna Mode Boost Antenna Signal Enhancement Technology 2.0.
The Huawei Changxiang 20 Plus packs a 4200 mAh capacity battery along with 40W Super Fast Charge support. According to Huawei, it takes only half an hour to charge from 2 percent to 70 percent.
The Changxiang 20 Plus comes with a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel super-wide-angle/depth-of-field camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens that supports super wide-angle, large aperture bokeh, and macro shooting.

The rear lens of Changxiang 20 Plus supports EIS video stabilization to ensure video stability.
The other phone Changxiang 20 focuses on 5G and long battery life.
The phone packs a 5,000 mAh capacity battery and has also been specially optimized for 5G to further improve its endurance performance.
According to Huawei, the Changxiang 20 is capable of 23 hours of video playback, 20 hours of 5G Internet access, 126 hours of music playback or 16 hours of gaming on a full charge.
The Changxiang 20 features a 6.6-inch screen with support for low-blue eye protection, fingerprint recognition, and an integrated power button.

The Changxiang 20 has the same core configuration as the Changxiang 20 Plus, with a 7nm 5G SoC and support for NSA/SA dual-mode full-net access and five 5G frequency bands.
Both phones are compatible with EMUI 10.1. The system is optimized for several underlying system functions such as kernel scheduling, storage IO, and network transport.
The Huawei Changxiang 20 Plus is priced at CNY 2,299 for the 6+128GB version and CNY 2,499 for the 8+128GB version.
The Huawei Changxiang 20 4+128GB version is priced at CNY 1,699 ($248) and the 6+128GB version is priced at CNY 1,899.
The two new models will be available for pre-order on Huawei Mall and other major e-commerce platforms at 15:08 on September 3, 2020, and 10:08 on September 10, 2020.
