A new smartwatch has recently been certified by the Bluetooth SIG, which was released under the Huawei brand, but with a different model number than usual.
The model number of the watch is TIA-B09, which is different from both the upcoming Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro (VID-B19) and the Honor Watch GS Pro (KAN-B19).
Huawei registered the "Mate Watch" trademark this year and there are rumors that the smartwatch will be released alongside the Mate 40 series, or it may not be released this year.
Based on previous reports, it's likely to be the Huawei Watch Fit that was revealed a few weeks ago.
The Huawei Watch Fit is said to have a 1.64-inch AMOLED rectangular display. The watch can track running, swimming, and cycling activities, and has a built-in GPS and barometer.
It also supports sleep tracking, a heart rate sensor, and up to 10 days of battery life. It reportedly costs €119 and is expected to go on sale next month.
