ZTE will launch the world's first under-screen camera smartphone, Ni Fei, president of ZTE's Terminal Division, said on Weibo today.
Previously it was reported that Visionox, one of China's largest OLED manufacturers which has announced its first commercial mass-produced under-screen camera solution, could be the one to provide ZTE with this solution.

The solution uses new transparent OLED devices, new driver circuits and pixel structures, and new highly transparent materials.
It is optimized with a special pixel arrangement that eliminates the brightness, color gamut and viewing angle differences between the transparent secondary and primary screens, enabling volume delivery.
Visionox said that the solution adopts a new process and packaging, breaking through the bottleneck of the mass production process to achieve volume delivery.
The company says that its under-screen camera solution is the best way to get the most out of your camera.
